Solution Architect SAP Demand, Supply & Production Planning

About the role

Fresenius Kabi's SAP Supply Chain organization is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to shape its global end-to-end supply chain planning landscape. The team designs, standardizes and optimizes SAP-based planning processes that connect demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, production planning and detailed scheduling across an international environment. The role focuses on SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions covering demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, production planning and detailed scheduling, aligned with upstream and downstream systems
• Shape and implement end-to-end planning processes, combining business requirements, best practices and SAP standard capabilities
• Ensure integration across the SAP landscape, including SAP APO, SAP ECC / S/4HANA, master data, transactional data and planning interfaces
• Support the global rollout and continuous evolution of SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solutions
• Contribute to roadmap definition, project planning and strategic initiatives in the planning domain
• Work with global business stakeholders, process owners and IT partners to deliver consistent, scalable solutions

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Logistics or a comparable field
• 5+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain and Production Planning projects, including demand and supply network planning and detailed production planning and scheduling
• Deep understanding of end-to-end planning processes in complex, global environments
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solution architectures
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
