Staff Product Manager (Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy for platform capabilities that reduce developer friction, improve reliability and accelerate delivery speed. The role will define “platform as a product” at agent‑scale, working closely with engineering teams to translate constraints into clear product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product charters, vision, roadmap and OKRs for core platform capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Translate platform needs into clear product requirements and partner with engineering on technical trade‑offs.
• Drive adoption of platform standards and measure success metrics such as developer productivity, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Lead migrations, deprecations and run discovery through developer interviews, surveys and incident reviews.

Required profile

• Strong product thinking combined with technical literacy in software engineering, developer tooling or systems.
• Experience with highly technical internal products (platforms, tooling, infra, developer‑facing systems).
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, challenge priorities and align internal stakeholders.
• Bias for standards and understanding of trade‑offs between reliability vs velocity, abstraction vs flexibility.
