Storyteller & Narrative Creator

About the role

Wizards Only, a fast‑moving creative agency founded in Barcelona, is looking for a Storyteller & Narrative Creator. You will work side‑by‑side with the Creative Director to shape brand voices, craft compelling narratives and develop social‑media concepts that resonate with cultural trends.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand tone of voice, storytelling lines and conceptual frameworks for each client.
• Lead social‑media concept development from ideation to platform‑specific execution on Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Write copy that includes captions, manifesto texts, headlines and naming that carry weight.
• Collaborate with art direction by translating concepts into clear creative briefs for the visual team.
• Monitor fashion, art, music and digital culture to inject relevant insights into work.
• Present and defend creative ideas to partners with clarity and conviction.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in advertising, branding or an in‑house creative environment.
• Deep understanding of social‑media formats, codes and performance drivers.
• Strong copywriting ability in both Spanish and English.
• Proven capacity to build concepts from insight through execution.
• Genuine curiosity for fashion, art, music and internet culture.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, collaborative creative duos and cross‑functional teams.
