Strategic Account Manager

About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager you will sell ICEYE’s Natural Catastrophe Solutions to insurance companies across Europe. You will act as the main point of contact, building trusted advisory relationships and helping clients leverage satellite‑based SAR data to improve risk assessment and claims handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise insurance customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross‑sell solutions aligned with client needs.
• Understand client objectives and ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions and act as the voice of the customer.
• Create and execute account plans, including forecasting, budgeting and regular business reviews.
• Analyse account performance, provide insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve complex issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with re/insurers.
• Strong desire to develop new markets and solve complex problems.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed startup environment.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally.
