About the role
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for Sports will own the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with Vizrt's key accounts across the EMEA region. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring customer needs are understood, issues are resolved quickly, and a positive experience is consistently delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders in top‑tier sports customers.
- Create and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue retention, new bookings, and expansion of Vizrt solutions.
- Deliver functional product demonstrations, gather feedback, and relay insights to product management.
- Collaborate with marketing, pre‑sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling demos and business pitches.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews and manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
- Lead decision‑making processes, providing cost‑benefit analysis, timeline guidance, and change‑management support.
- Maintain regular status calls with support and professional services to ensure service‑level agreements are met.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts within the sports or media industry.
- Strong ability to align customer business objectives with Vizrt’s product portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills with senior‑level executives.
- Track record of achieving revenue growth and customer retention targets.
