About the role

Join Metyis' Strategy & Execution team in Barcelona as a Strategy & Execution Analyst focused on Energy & Utilities. You will work on client projects, supporting senior managers with market research, client interviews, and data‑driven analysis to shape business recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather client insights through interviews.
• Develop analytical models and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Prepare and lead meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives to drive impactful change.
• Contribute to the creation of new data‑driven business solutions.

Required profile

• BA or MSc graduate (financial, technical or quantitative background).
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Excellent analytical and social skills.
• Strong data‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with talented colleagues.
