Supply Coordinator – Iberia

About the role

Wilhelmsen’s Marine Products division is seeking a Supply Coordinator for the Iberian market. Based in Terrassa, the role supports the Barcelona team by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders, monitor product availability, lead times and delivery status.
• Follow up on quotations and pending approvals.
• Process orders, including non‑available items, and manage incoming purchase orders and ETA dates.
• Arrange shipments and liaise with the warehouse, dispatch team and service providers.
• Provide customers with up‑to‑date information on availability, delays, charges and delivery status.
• Place purchase orders with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
• Supply the warehouse with accurate delivery details.
• Prepare cost information for invoicing and generate invoices for completed orders.
• Maintain reports and documentation and support other departments with stock and purchase‑order queries.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Commerce, Transport or Logistics.
• Previous experience in supply coordination, logistics or a similar role.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
