Supply Quality Engineer – Automotive

About the role

Btech is seeking a Supply Quality Engineer to support a leading automotive OEM from its Martorell headquarters. You will lead warranty reduction strategies, manage quality issues with suppliers, and ensure the robustness of new accessory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute warranty reduction plans for accessories, parts and past‑model service parts, including data analysis and KPI reporting.
• Handle quality concerns by establishing containment actions, coordinating root‑cause analysis, and driving counter‑measure implementation with suppliers.
• Support new accessory development through supplier feasibility studies, documentation approval, and fitting checks.
• Conduct annual supplier audits, track improvement actions, and follow up on process change requests.
• Maintain and update internal quality standards and coordinate regular communication meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong analytical and logical deduction abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and initiative.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience with quality management systems.
