About the role
As a Support Engineer at Quaderno you will resolve technical issues reported by customers and build internal tools that improve error‑resolution efficiency. Your work will directly affect the stability of our web applications and the satisfaction of our users.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot support tickets by analysing logs, databases and code.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
- Escalate complex cases to the engineering team with detailed context and possible solutions.
- Design and develop internal tools that streamline daily support work.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience supporting web applications or software.
- Strong customer‑centric attitude and ability to communicate technical information in an easy‑to‑understand way.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and comfortable in a remote team.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Ruby on Rails
- SQL databases
- PHP (bonus)
- WordPress plugins (bonus)
