Surgical Sales Representative

About the role

The Surgical Sales Representative will work full‑time in a hybrid setting from Port of Spain, promoting orthopedic and neurology surgical products to surgeons, hospitals and clinics across the territory. The role blends on‑site customer visits with limited remote activities, focusing on product demonstrations, surgeon support and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopedic and neurology surgical devices to surgeons, hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct product demonstrations in operating rooms and support clinical staff during procedures.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans, manage forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with medical professionals, providing education and training on product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply, after‑sales support and high service levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical sales within hospital or clinical environments.
• Comfortable working in operating rooms and familiar with surgical protocols.
• Experience in sales operations, territory management, forecasting and CRM usage.
• Exposure to orthopedics, neurology or related surgical products.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Trinidad and Tobago and occasionally across the Caribbean.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
