Swedish‑Speaking Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Sales Representative to join our client’s BPO team in Valencia. You will work with private and business customers, helping them find the right printing and design solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers by phone and email, focusing on warm leads.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for relevant products and services.
• Guide prospects toward the best solutions and close sales with enthusiasm.
• Log interactions accurately and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop long‑term relationships to turn prospects into loyal customers.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Swedish (oral and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills and an engaging personality.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, tools and processes.
• Passion for sales; interest in printing or design is a plus.
