Talent Acquisition Manager – Mid‑Level

About the role

Joko is scaling its global hiring engine and needs a mid‑level Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment of top talent across France, Spain, the US and beyond. You will be at the heart of the company’s #1 objective – hiring – and work closely with founders, senior managers and hiring partners who are deeply invested in the process.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Leverage Joko’s modern tech stack (Ashby, Claude, Claap) to source, assess and move candidates efficiently.
• Drive data‑informed decisions, continuously improve funnel metrics and contribute to the evolution of the TA toolkit.
• Support the Talent team’s broader People function, collaborating with People Ops, Business Partnering and Workplace teams.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably in fast‑growing tech or B‑Corp environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with hiring partners who actively engage in the interview process.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for experimenting with new sourcing techniques and AI‑driven tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, data‑driven approach.
