Talent Acquisition Partner Iberia

About the role

This position is responsible for full life‑cycle recruiting for Coloplast Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and is based in Madrid. You will attract top talent, act as a brand ambassador, and help build a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from profile definition to interviews, negotiations and contract signing.
• Develop customized onboarding plans for new hires.
• Administer online assessments and debrief candidates on results.
• Participate in global talent acquisition and HR projects, including employer branding and recruitment data analysis.
• Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs.
• Support the People & Culture Manager in Spain on people‑related projects.
• Provide Iberian managers with market insights and recruiting trend reports.

Required profile

• Passionate about people and finding the right fit for each role.
• Excellent networking abilities.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced talent acquisition function with knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
• Business acumen to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for direct candidate search.
• Knowledge of candidate management systems.
• Familiarity with SHL online assessment tools (preferred).
• Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred).
