About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Go‑To‑Market roles. In this position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial and revenue‑facing positions, partnering closely with Sales and Revenue leaders to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM roles such as Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Sales Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to design tailored hiring strategies and promote diversity hiring.
- Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified commercial talent using headhunting techniques and sourcing tools.
- Ensure a positive, authentic and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to strengthen Spendesk’s employer brand in the commercial talent market.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging data, feedback and market intelligence.
- Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity.
- Contribute to DE&I initiatives to guarantee equitable recruitment practices.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles and what makes a successful GTM hire.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with solid project‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
