Talent Acquisition Specialist – Go-To-Market

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Go‑To‑Market roles. In this position you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial and revenue‑facing positions such as Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, partnering closely with sales and revenue leaders to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for GTM roles, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Advise sales and revenue hiring managers, creating tailored hiring strategies and promoting diversity hiring.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified commercial talent through active headhunting and use of sourcing tools.
• Ensure a positive, authentic and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to strengthen Spendesk’s employer brand in the commercial talent market.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes using data, feedback and market intelligence.
• Provide insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity in the GTM space.
• Contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM).
• Strong understanding of B2B commercial roles and sales cycles.
• Experience partnering directly with sales and revenue leaders.
• Excellent project‑management and prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple searches simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
