Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Amenitiz is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for its go‑to‑market teams, including Sales, Customer Care, Onboarding, and Customer Success. You will partner with hiring managers, build proactive pipelines, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for GTM roles, from intake to offer.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and targeted outreach.
• Conduct structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define profiles, processes, and timelines.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and keep the hiring funnel moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and contribute to data quality.
• Participate in TA projects such as interview calibration, scorecard improvement, candidate surveys, and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of in‑house or agency recruiting experience, preferably with GTM or commercial roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby preferred).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
