Talent Attraction Specialist (German Speaking)

About the role

MSX International is looking for a German-speaking Talent Attraction Specialist in Madrid to support its end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in the automotive sector. The role partners with regional and local stakeholders and hiring managers to find the right people for open positions, while improving the effectiveness of selection and the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists in the market to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Choose the best sourcing approach (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.).
• Screen candidates and make first contact, helping them through the selection process.
• Look for ways to continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone and error rate.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken German and English; an additional language is a strong advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international company or a shared services HR function.
• Results-oriented and process-driven, able to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems; SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors are advantageous.
