About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to manage our Administration & Accounting function from our Barcelona office. You will support Belgian and Dutch accounting firms by handling a range of day‑to‑day financial tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Enter purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system
- Process financial transactions and ensure accurate posting
- Conduct VAT audits and related compliance checks
- Coordinate with clients in Belgium and the Netherlands to resolve accounting queries
- Lead and mentor a small team of administrative assistants
Required profile
- Fluent reading and speaking in Flemish or Dutch
- Strong affinity for accounting or administrative work
- Meticulous, detail‑oriented and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Belgian accounting practices is a plus
