Team Leader Customer & Consumer Service Manager – Europe

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, service‑driven Team Leader to head the Customer & Consumer Service organisation for a leading European consumer‑goods company. Based in Valencia, the role oversees teams in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, ensuring high‑quality support for both B2B partners and end‑consumers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the international service team in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.
• Foster a performance‑driven, customer‑focused culture and ensure clear communication across regions.
• Design and implement KPIs, reporting structures and performance monitoring to raise service quality.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer and consumer inquiries.
• Drive AI‑enabled solutions, optimise existing software platforms and streamline operational processes.
• Collaborate with sales, innovation and marketing functions to align service delivery with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong people‑management experience in an international customer‑service environment.
• Hands‑on operational mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and implement technology‑driven enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus.
