Technical Customer Experience Manager (French speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Experience Manager who speaks French to join Nutanix’s newly created Customer Experience team in Barcelona. You will act as a trusted advisor for 20‑25 mid‑senior customer accounts across EMEA, helping them maximise the value of Nutanix’s hyper‑converged solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
• Design, implement and regularly review tailored Customer Success Plans aligned with customer objectives.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics, proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Promote product adoption and expansion by leveraging deep technical knowledge of data‑center and virtualization technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources, gather feedback and influence product development.
• Help define and institutionalise best‑practice processes for the Customer Experience function.
• Achieve NCX certification within three years to strengthen expertise and credibility.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in technical, customer‑facing roles such as Support Engineer, Systems Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience engaging with mid‑senior level stakeholders in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
