Technical Data Steering Organization Expert – M&L Publications

About the role

The Technical Publications expert will lead M&L Technical Data (TID) configuration management activities within the Technical Data Steering Organization (TDSO). The role ensures aircraft configuration control for the C212, CN235 and C295 fleets throughout the HoV and in‑service phases, supporting Airbus Defence and Space customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete TID production follow‑up process, including daily inbox updates, work package creation, and closure.
• Report aircraft configuration completeness at ToT and set up configuration criteria (CDS, CONC, SBs) for data module production.
• Coordinate round‑table (TCCB) meetings, collect source data, and launch impact analyses.
• Ensure security classification handling, V&V application, and milestone achievement across all phases.
• Provide regular status visibility to authoring networks, TID experts, PSO, and other Airbus DS areas.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills, able to interact directly with customers and program offices on technical data issues.
• High‑level presentation abilities and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
