About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Technical & Engineering Specialist who thrives in an AI‑first environment. This hands‑on position requires independent problem analysis, practical solution design, and delivery of high‑quality results using modern technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and engineering challenges.
• Research, design, test, and implement practical technical solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to improve research, automation, analysis, and productivity.
• Own technical tasks from inception to completion, ensuring clear documentation and reporting.
• Conduct technical research, evaluate systems, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in engineering, IT, software, systems, automation, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent research, documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
