Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead coordination and delivery of large‑scale AWS‑based medical data platforms within the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. You will work remotely from Spain, collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure the platforms that process critical healthcare data are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across several engineering teams building AWS data platforms.
• Align scope, priorities, and sprint/release planning with product objectives.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and maintain visibility through dashboards and Jira.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support smooth execution of delivery processes.
• Support release readiness, technical coordination, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to documentation and compliance deliverables when required.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role.
• Strong background in software engineering or data platforms.
• Experience managing releases, dependencies, and cross‑team delivery.
• Excellent oral and written English with strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• AWS services: S3, Redshift, Glue, CloudWatch, SageMaker.
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban (SAFe a plus).
• Project tracking tools: Jira, Confluence.
