Technical SEO Lead (Madrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical SEO Lead to own the technical health and structural integrity of our massive transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and our global white‑label network. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will leverage advanced technical skills to optimise information architecture, ensure bot accessibility and drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO for transactional ecosystems (feverup.com, white‑label sites) and report to the SEO Manager.
• Analyse, define and optimise the information architecture.
• Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and emerging LLM platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct large‑scale log analysis and set up dashboards using ELK, BigQuery or Splunk.
• Partner with Data, Product and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap.
• Design and run experiments to increase traffic and rankings.
• Audit engineering changes to prevent visibility loss.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of technical SEO experience on high‑traffic ecommerce or similar sites.
• Proven experience working with international sites and adapting SEO strategies to local markets.
• Data‑driven, proactive and capable of self‑management.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLM solutions to SEO workflows.
• Strong knowledge of search ranking factors, including emerging LLM‑powered ecosystems.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
