Technical SEO Manager

About the role

The Technical SEO Manager will lead the technical foundation of large‑scale organic growth initiatives for a global audience. Based in Spain and working remotely, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable SEO systems, automate processes, and improve search visibility across millions of URLs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain large‑scale SEO infrastructure such as internal linking, sitemaps, indexability workflows, and taxonomy.
• Create custom tools, scripts, scrapers, and dashboards to support SEO analysis and automation.
• Use AI tools and automation daily to investigate, develop, and scale SEO solutions.
• Own crawl and indexation health, monitor performance dashboards, and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze server logs, crawl data, and search performance to uncover opportunities.
• Diagnose and improve page speed, rendering, caching, redirects, and other infrastructure‑related SEO challenges.
• Investigate complex technical problems across the web stack, including CDN and edge systems.
• Design and run large‑scale SEO experiments to validate improvements.
• Act as the technical bridge between SEO, engineering, and product teams, providing clear requirements and documentation.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
