Technical Solutions Agent (Italian & English)

About the role

Join Bosch Service Solutions as a Technical Solutions Agent, providing bilingual (Italian and English) support for digital mobility products. You will work in a hybrid setting, helping customers manage subscriptions, billing, and technical issues while ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service subscriptions, including new sign‑ups, updates, and product information.
• Handle billing inquiries such as payment method changes, invoicing, and incident resolution.
• Provide technical support for digital products using databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge articles.
• Process claims, collect customer feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee issue resolution and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work in agile, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 12:00‑20:00, with a hybrid office/home schedule.

Required skills

• Experience in technical support or customer service environments.
• Proficiency with databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge‑base resources.
