Technical Support Specialist – Completions

About the role

Join a collaborative team that solves complex oilfield challenges and leads high‑quality service delivery for customers. As a Technical Support Specialist you will partner closely with sales and service delivery to ensure successful completions projects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete technical reviews of completions jobs, focusing on lower completions.
• Design job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans to meet client objectives and maximize revenue.
• Provide real‑time remote operations support during lower completions.
• Deliver on‑demand support and on‑call assistance for job execution.
• Lead incident investigations and present findings to customers.
• Perform offset‑well and similar‑job analysis to assess hazards and incident potential.
• Mentor field engineers and support ARMO teams during job preparation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of oilfield services experience in completions.
• 3+ years of technical support or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of downhole completions design and offshore equipment.
• Strong understanding of P/L and technical job planning requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to be on call outside normal business hours and travel to rig sites and customer facilities.
