About the role

Stefanini is looking for a Junior Support Technician to join its device‑support team. You will be responsible for labeling, testing, configuring and inventory‑tracking mobile terminals, ensuring they meet quality standards before delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Label devices and perform physical sampling of terminal batches (boxes, manuals, accessories, equipment condition).
• Generate reports distinguishing good and defective units for distribution or warranty claims.
• Install Knox Manage licenses and related suites on mobile devices and verify existing client configurations.
• Conduct connectivity tests and document results.
• Maintain inventory records by device state, SIM status, and accessories.
• Handle dispatch and receipt activities after testing or simulation runs.
• Verify correct routing of devices through label checks and confirm physical condition upon receipt.
• Produce detailed incident reports, noting missing accessories and equipment status.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high school diploma.
• At least one year of experience handling computer equipment.

Required skills

• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, Wi‑Fi, LTE modems).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience installing and configuring Knox Manage licenses on mobile devices.
