About the role

The Hospital Universitario Moncloa is looking for a motivated Surgical Nursing Assistant to work in the operating theatre. You will join a dedicated team that supports surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of asepsis and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during operations in the operating room.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and instruments.
• Support sterilization processes and ensure compliance with aseptic protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in a surgical area, URPA, REA or sterilization.
• Basic knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
• Organised, punctual, methodical and able to work well in a team.
• Desire to be part of a long‑term project and a calm personality with physical and emotional resilience.
