Telemarketing Agent – French & Dutch Speaking (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Telemarketing Agent who will contact warm prospects interested in buying property in Spain. Working from our modern office in Estepona, you will engage callers, understand their needs and schedule consultations with our real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm leads who have expressed interest in Spanish property.
• Build genuine rapport, qualify interest and book at least two online meetings per day.
• Follow proven call scripts while adapting them to each conversation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM after each call.
• Represent Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com professionally.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French speaker.
• Native or near‑native Dutch (and Flemish) speaker.
• Strong command of English.
• Resides within 30‑40 minutes of Bel‑Air, Estepona and can work full‑time onsite.
• Comfortable with a rotating schedule and two weekend shifts per month.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to meet daily targets.
• Previous sales, telemarketing or customer‑service experience is a plus.
