Temporary Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique (40h)

About the role

We are looking for a Temporary Client Advisor to join our Giorgio Armani boutique in Madrid’s Galería Canalejas. Working 40 hours per week, you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized advice on collections and new arrivals.
• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collecting CRM data for follow‑up.
• Uphold store standards regarding behavior, stock presentation, and product handling.
• Stay informed about current collections, fashion trends, and brand heritage.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and a genuine enthusiasm for the Giorgio Armani brand.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Residence in Madrid.
