Test Technician – Production Tests Team

About the role

The Test Technician joins Airbus Crisa’s Production Tests Team in the Madrid area. Working under the Team Leader, you will update test procedures, execute board‑level tests, and generate detailed test reports for aerospace, aircraft or military hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Update test procedures for each verification activity, describing objectives, configurations, instrumentation and success criteria.
• Prepare and operate jigs, tooling fixtures and test equipment in collaboration with senior technicians and test engineers.
• Execute tests under tight schedules, raise NCRs when non‑conformities are found, and work occasional double‑shifts or weekend shifts as required.
• Produce test reports summarising results, parameter comparisons and compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in vocational training or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on testing and reporting experience on hardware boards in space, aircraft or military projects.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Required skills

• Use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, multimeters and signal generators.
• Ability to document test procedures and generate clear test reports.
