About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Trade Marketing Supervisor in Valencia, driving the Perfect Store agenda and supporting category growth across retail channels. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that enhance shelf presence, promotions, and overall retail performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Perfect Store agenda by identifying growth opportunities through customer and shopper analysis and implementing actionable measures.
• Design a “Picture of Success” for key customers, focusing on shelf layout, secondary placement, and promotion efficiency.
• Lead Category Management projects with key customers.
• Equip and train sales teams with relevant tools and materials to execute Perfect Store initiatives effectively.
• Support the development of annual trade negotiations.
• Develop plans and ideas to improve Mondelēz’s future business related to Perfect Store topics.
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.
