Trainer - Sales & Soft Skills Development

About the role

Webfleet, Bridgestone's fleet management solution, is looking for a Trainer to join its Corporate Training Team. You will design and deliver training for Inside Sales and Field Sales teams across all regions where Webfleet operates, covering sales capability, soft skills, leadership and growth programs. You will work with Sales Enablement, Quality, Customer Success and HR.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver global training programs for Inside Sales and Field Sales, adapted to regional needs and go-to-market models
• Champion consultative selling across onboarding, coaching and enablement
• Own new-hire onboarding for sales roles end to end
• Build and run soft skills, leadership and growth mindset training
• Partner with Sales Enablement, Quality, Customer Success and HR on learning journeys, customer interaction standards, career pathways and coaching capability
• Deliver blended learning (in-person, virtual, workshops, role-plays) and measure training effectiveness

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales training, with hands-on selling experience across inside and/or field sales
• Experience designing and running soft skills and leadership programs
• Confident in a global, matrixed environment and able to adapt content to different regions and cultures
• Track record of improving sales effectiveness and showing training ROI
• Excellent English communication and facilitation; other EU or global languages are an asset

Required skills

• Consultative and solution selling methods such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Value Selling, TAS
• Blended learning design and facilitation
