Training Aids Support Engineer (Temp Agency)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Training Aids Support Engineer to join the Training Centres Services organization (TASTO5) in the Sevilla area. You will support internal training centres in Seville and Getafe as well as customer facilities, ensuring the availability and performance of training devices and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the local support team service provider and coordinate with Facility Management, Information Management and training device suppliers.
• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support, spare parts repair, replenishment and obsolescence management.
• Set up and deploy training centre support services at Airbus and customer locations.
• Interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders, handling several tasks simultaneously.
• Travel abroad as required to support customer training centres.

Required profile

• Engineering background in aeronautical, industrial or IT disciplines.
• Experience in international customer support and material management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural, matrix‑organized environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (negotiation level); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving technological environments.
