Transport Logistics Specialist

About the role

EBRO Factory is seeking a Transport Logistics Specialist to manage and optimise transportation activities across its supply chain. You will work closely with internal teams and external logistics service providers to ensure seamless flow of goods from docks to depots.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations, overseeing dock, trailer yard, and depot activities.
• Monitor shipments, proactively address delays, and resolve transportation incidents.
• Manage Full‑Truck‑Load (FTL), Less‑Than‑Truck‑Load (LTL) and Milk‑Run flows, liaising with 3PL partners.
• Track and analyse transport KPIs, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, and IT to optimise transport processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transport operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP TM or other Transport Management Systems (TMS).
