Transport Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Transport Procurement Manager to optimise transport procurement operations within a fast‑growing digital logistics environment. Based in Spain and working in a remote‑first culture, you will connect transport partners with customer needs, ensuring efficient, competitively priced, and reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transport sourcing activities, from gathering requirements to selecting the best carrier options.
• Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and evaluate margins to prepare competitive offers.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, prices, and orders in internal systems.
• Monitor carrier performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement of the partner network.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with logistics providers and external partners.
• Identify recurring challenges and develop standardised processes and operational improvements.
• Support the optimisation and automation of procurement workflows using digital tools and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in transport logistics, procurement, freight forwarding, logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately.
• Commercial awareness, including pricing, margin calculations and basic financial reasoning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and customers.
