Travel Designer – Boutique Experiences

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Travel Designer to join The Sybarite Flamingo in Mallorca. You will craft tailor‑made boutique itineraries for corporate incentives, private journeys, destination weddings, fashion shoots and more, turning clients' travel ideas into unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research new destinations and design customized itineraries for global clients.
• Book and coordinate accommodation, flights, activities and experiences with worldwide suppliers.
• Handle confidential guest information and manage all operational documentation for each project.
• Run multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, expectations and deliverables.
• Support budgeting, track profitability and monitor cash‑flow throughout each program.
• Represent TSF on inspection trips, execution trips and travel fairs, including regular travel.
• Work within Microsoft 365 and other software platforms, learning new tools as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in travel, events, hospitality or operations (more experienced candidates are welcome).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Mallorca with the ability to work onsite daily; driving licence and car access are advantageous.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
