About the role

As a University Recruiter at Veeva, you will be a critical growth driver for our Consultant Development Program (CDP) across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Spain. You will lead top‑of‑funnel candidate attraction, source diverse early‑career talent, build relationships with leading European institutions, and deliver an exceptional candidate pre‑boarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Proactive sourcing and outreach to identify and engage top‑tier early‑career talent across Western Europe.
• Review and process candidate applications, ensuring regional alignment.
• Plan, attend, and execute university career events, technical fairs, and campus info sessions.
• Build and nurture a long‑term referral pipeline through employee networks, alumni groups, and student organizations.
• Drive high‑touch candidate engagement from offer acceptance to start date, hosting monthly touchpoints and facilitating cohort networking.
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels, iterate digital campaigns, and optimize hiring processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on early‑career or university recruiting in European markets.
• Based and work‑authorized in the European Union.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Relentless focus on execution, speed, and operational excellence.
• Clear, concise communication style with strong stakeholder management.
• Comfortable using candidate assessment tools, tracking metrics, and driving structured pipeline stand‑ups.
