Valet – Guest Environment Expert

About the role

Join the Le Méridien team in Barcelona as a Valet, also known as a Guest Environment Expert. You will help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain public areas, corridors, and service carts to high standards of hygiene.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts with supplies and manage inventory of linens and amenities.
• Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb safely and efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, standing, walking, and bending.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
• Willingness to follow company policies, quality standards, and uniform guidelines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and pushing carts.
