Virtual Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Virtual Project Manager to lead the evolution of an online business academy. Based in Spain and working fully remotely, you will own the platform’s development, coordinate distributed teams, and drive student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development and continuous optimisation of the virtual academy platform.
• Design and expand training programmes for technicians and entrepreneurs across home‑service verticals.
• Build, coordinate and lead a distributed team of instructors, mentors and operational staff.
• Drive enrollment growth, engagement, retention and measurable business results.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows and processes for market expansion.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Align academy strategy with the broader business vision while ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or digital learning.
• Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate remote or distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building and scaling digital education products.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to design structured processes, handle multiple priorities and drive execution from concept to delivery.
