Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Beauty Retail Design

About the role

Join the Retail Design team of a leading luxury beauty brand and bring the Lancôme story to life at the point of sale. You will create premium visual experiences that engage consumers and reflect the brand’s excellence across Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, produce and implement temporary and permanent POS materials.
• Develop premium podiums, animations and window displays in collaboration with Activation teams.
• Adapt retail concepts for different channels and customer profiles while ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead design efficiency, meet critical deadlines and control budgets under the Retail Design Manager’s supervision.
• Manage 3‑axis planograms (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance) and tailor designs to local market constraints.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail and International departments.
• Oversee production and negotiate with external suppliers to optimise quality and cost.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing furniture or point‑of‑sale materials.
• Background in the beauty or retail sector is valued.
• Strong affinity for luxury aesthetic codes.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and/or AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project‑management skills.
• English level C1 (essential).
