VP Growth

About the role

Joko is looking for a visionary VP Growth to own and scale its B2C growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. You will drive profitable, scalable growth and help bring the AI‑powered shopping assistant to millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build, run, and continuously optimise the full‑funnel growth engine, improving every step of the user journey.
• Own the growth budget and LTV/CAC ratio, maximising efficiency across channels such as referral, ads, influencers and partnerships.
• Identify and activate new growth loops, testing innovative formats and launching breakthrough ideas.
• Partner with Product, Data and cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with the growth roadmap.
• Own measurement, attribution and incrementality testing, ensuring robust KPI tracking and data‑driven decisions.
• Scale AI across growth operations, automating campaigns, accelerating creative production and using predictive models for prioritisation.
• Lead and expand the Growth Team, fostering a culture of experimentation, speed and ownership.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing or full‑funnel B2C growth (mobile app or marketplace).
• Proven track record of delivering profitable, sustainable growth at scale.
• Deep expertise in key acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, affiliates, referral and influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI measurement, attribution and incrementality testing.
• Leadership experience building and scaling high‑performing growth teams.
