About the role

Join the vibrant team at NENI Mallorca Es Trenc, a beach‑front lifestyle hotel in Colonia de Sant Jordi. As a Waiter you will help create memorable moments for guests by delivering authentic hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests with a warm, genuine attitude.
• Present the NENI menu and drinks confidently, recommending dishes and sharing the brand story.
• Maintain smooth mise en place, clean service stations and an organized service flow.
• Collaborate closely with the bar, kitchen and host teams to ensure fast, friendly, high‑quality service.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally, turning challenges into memorable experiences.
• Support colleagues during peak periods with a hands‑on, positive approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or lifestyle‑hotel environment.
• Warm, open personality with a genuine passion for guests, food and storytelling.
• Confidence in taking orders, recommending dishes and creating a relaxed atmosphere.
• Hands‑on team spirit, reliability and strong attention to detail, even during high‑volume service.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages (German or others) are a plus.
