Waiter (Camarero) – Beach Resort

About the role

Barcelo Hotel Group is looking for a motivated waiter to join the team at the Barceló Benidorm Beach resort. You will be part of a dynamic hospitality environment, serving guests in a high‑standard beach setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous, and responsible food and beverage service.
• Welcome guests, seat them when required, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including tables and chairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English; Spanish is the working language.
• Team‑player attitude, stress tolerance, good personal image, and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• APPCC (food safety) training.
• Mixology knowledge (cocktail preparation) is a plus.
