Waiter / Waitress – Front of House Service

About the role

We are expanding our team at Paulo Airaudo Group and are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service to our guests. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering questions about dishes.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
• Handle multiple tables, manage side duties, and collect payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house area.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English with excellent verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a high‑end or Michelin‑starred setting (not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to collaborate with kitchen staff.
