About the role

The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona is seeking a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join its vibrant restaurant team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, courteous service to guests throughout their visit.
• Support day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, including order taking and table setting.
• Create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for guests to unwind.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area in line with hotel standards.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
