Account Executive Commercial Iberia (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Boomi, a data activation company for AI, is looking for a commercial Account Executive for Spain who speaks Spanish natively and English fluently. The role covers both new logos and the expansion of existing strategic accounts, with a hybrid setup of three days in the office and two days at home.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales strategy for Spain aligned with Boomi's EMEA goals, owning new business and the expansion of existing accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customers, understanding their objectives and delivering value for Boomi's platform.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure, accountable for quota attainment.
• Work with pre-sales, marketing, partners and solutions engineering, and with GSIs/SIs, to build pipeline and close deals.
• Represent Boomi at events and in the field to strengthen its brand in Spain.
• The role includes occasional outbound hunting and prospecting.

Required profile

• Proven SaaS sales experience in large-scale technology deals, including new logos and account expansion.
• Experience selling complex solutions (integration, data management, automation, platform-led SaaS) to C-level, IT and business leaders.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; frequent travel across Spain and the region is required.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Required skills

• Pipeline, forecasting and quota management, ideally with Salesforce, Clari and MEDDPICC.
• Partner ecosystem collaboration (GSIs / SIs).
