Account Executive (German Market)

About the role

Breezeway, a property operations and experience platform used by short-term rental managers and hospitality operators, is hiring an Account Executive to enter the German market. The role is fully remote and requires the candidate to live in Spain. You will use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships and help hospitality providers solve operational inefficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Open and develop the German market from the ground up and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation and closing.
• Build and execute a market-entry strategy tailored to Germany.
• Qualify new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and act as the voice of the German market internally.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue and consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Schedule and run online product demos and webinars, and partner with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
• Manage all sales activities in HubSpot and understand the competitive landscape.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations or a related field.
• Native or fluent German (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, with experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills; experience opening new markets or selling in a new territory is a strong plus.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment; startup experience is a plus.

Required skills

• SaaS sales experience in the German market.
• HubSpot CRM (a plus).
• General technical proficiency with software.
