Account Executive - Iberia

About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive for its Sales team in Catalunya. The role works with existing customers and new prospects to drive growth and deliver value through the full Salesforce platform, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction across assigned accounts
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging Sales Engineers, Professional Services and Partners as needed
• Drive net new business growth through inbound leads and outbound prospecting

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of technology sales experience in software or business applications
• Solid sales forecasting ability and a proven track record of revenue achievement in the Spanish market
• Demonstrated success in net new business sales, from outbound prospecting through to close
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in Spanish and English
• Catalan proficiency is highly valued
